New Changes to YouTube’ Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

This is the last of the year 2019 and after some spamming from You tube account holders, decided to change his terms of services land privacy policies. You Tube  updated his Terms of Service and policies to submit content and new creators So if you are a new or existing youtubers then you have focused the new term of services and privacy policies. This to get better readability and transparency. According to new You Tube Update, it does not change the Google Privacy Policy.

These updates will be effect on 10 December, 2019. For existing You-tubers, have to make sure to update the new updates very watchfully. According to the latest update, ‘YouTube Kids’ will be boon for your Child.

New Term of Services of You Tube

This part includes a description of the Service, defines our Agreement, and names your service provider. Key updates which are service provider, policies & affiliates.

• Service Provider:  Now Google LLC will be your service provider.
• Policies: You Tube added a link to the Policy, Safety and Copyright Policies, and our
• Advertising on YouTube Policies, which all form part of the Agreement. These are the policies that underpin the Community Guidelines.
• Affiliates: To ensure you understand exactly who we mean when we talk about our group companies, we’ve included a definition of our “Affiliates”, meaning the companies in the Alphabet corporate group.

Who May Use the Service?

This part defines categories of users. Key updates are age requirements, parental permission and businesses.

• Age Requirements:  We have clear the specific age requirements for your national country, reflecting our Google wide policies, and included a notice that, if you are a minor in your country, you must always have your parent or guardian’s permission before using the Service.

• Parental Permission: You Tube added a special part to explain your responsibility if you allow your child to use, called ‘You Tube Kids’. 

• Businesses:  For the business’s part, You Tube Terms now make clear that, if you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, that business accepts this Agreement.

What is the  Use of the Service?

This part will explain your rights to use the Service, and the conditions that apply to your use of the Service as well as, It also explain how we may make changes to the Service. • Restrictions: You Tube updated this part to reflect our requirements around contests, and to include a ban on manipulating metrics.
• Service Changes:  You Tube improved his Terms to be more transparent about why we might need to make changes to the Service, and provided a commitment to give you notice when those changes might affect you.

What is Account Suspension and Termination?

This part explain you how you and YouTube may terminate this relationship. When any user goes against You Tube guidelines-

• Terminations: YouTube’ Terms now include more details about when we might need to terminate our Agreement with bad actors and provide a greater commitment to give notice when we take such action and what you can do to appeal if you think we’ve got it wrong. You Tube also added instructions for you, if you decide you no longer want to use the Service.

1.    You will have to create a YouTube or Google Account. You may never use another's account without authorization. You must notify YouTube immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2.    Although, YouTube will not be answerable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of YouTube or others due to such unauthorized use.
